The “Aufset” music project was started by Emmy Cerra and DJ Melee (J.Giacoppo) as a way to deal with the anxieties that come with pondering the uncertainties of our future due to human impacts on the environment. We both agreed to musically explore this complex topic and see where it brought us. The outcome has been an amazing blend of singer-songwriter meets downtempo, electronica. Many who hear the songs in this collection may not pick up on their true purpose, but those who know the concept will be closer to finding a hidden meaning in each song.
